The Resort at Whale Pointe
The Resort at Seaside
WorldMark by Wyndham Resorts

Both the Resort at Whale Pointe and the Resort at Seaside have fractional ownerships (“Residence Club Owners”).  Residence Club Owners enjoy shared ownership of a luxurious condo in a first-class resort.  Residence Club Owners can own more than one condo at the Resort at Whale Pointe, at the Resort at Seaside, or at both locations.  Each condo has 13 Residence Club Owners each owning four weeks a year (one for each quarter or 13-week period) that rotate.  Each owner can use the condo, trade the condo into WorldMark the Club for credits, or rent the condo.  The condo is a deeded ownership and can be passed onto the Residence Club Owner’s beneficiaries.  Information on purchasing a condo is listed on the sales page of this website.  If you are already a fractional owner you can request access to the pass word protected forum or forums (access to a forum depends on what Residence Club owned).  Contact information is available through the pass word protected forums for each association.

The Resort at Whale Pointe

The Resort at Whale Pointe is in Depoe Bay, Oregon (between Lincoln City and Newport) and is the “Whale Watching capital on the Oregon Coast.”  Depoe Bay also has the world's smallest navigable harbor.  There are two residence clubs at the Resort at Whale Pointe.

  • Whale Pointe I

The Whale Pointe I Residence Club (“Whale Pointe I”) is located on the North end of the Resort at Whale Pointe.  Ownership in Whale Pointe I is available through 29 residence club condos (two and three bedroom), mostly on the third floor.

  • Whale Pointe II

The Whale Point II Residence Club (“Whale Pointe II”) is located on the South end of The Resort at Whale Pointe.  Ownership in Whale Pointe II is available through 28 residence club condos (two and three bedroom units) on the first, second, and third floors.

The Resort at Seaside

The Resort at Seaside (“Seaside”) is in Seaside, Oregon and is where Lewis and Clark established a salt cairn in 1806 near where they spent the winter before returning to Washington, DC.  It is also known as one of the fun towns along the Oregon coast.   Seaside has 32 residence club condos that are located on the fifth floor and higher, with a few condos that have a full ocean view.

If you decide to join us at Whale Pointe I, Whale Pointe II, and Seaside, you will encounter a very friendly and supportive community of engaged and active owners.  If you are already a fractional owner we hope that you will enjoy this website and request access to the password protected forums.
